The Scholarly Network (TSN) was created by individuals who are passionate about education and believe in a holistic approach. It is a platform where knowledgeable tutors with the necessary social and personal skills can reach scholars and assist them to academically thrive. But the tutors need to be thinking about the scholar as far more than just an academic. They are expected to closely collaborate with the parents and keep everyone informed about the scholar’s progress and needed support. Building a network of consistent tutors who we and our scholars can rely on is an important goal.
The vision of TSN is to be the go-to platform through the transformation of the assisted learning space in South Africa in providing comprehensive and holistic services to all learners who seek to academically thrive.

TSN hopes to continue building a diverse and inclusive team. At present we are 100% black-owned, 66% of our senior management team is female, 66% of our senior management team is youth, 66% of our senior management team was born, lives and works in Namaqualand, and our level of education ranges from undergraduate - postgraduate degrees across various universities of South Africa.
